A gym where memberships, renewals and cash were tracked by hand. The system had to fit the way reception already worked, not replace the staff’s habits overnight.
Challenge
Renewals and remaining sessions lived in a notebook, and the day's money was reconciled from memory.
Solution provided
Membership packages by period or by session with expiry rules and renewals that carry the remaining balance, a reception screen for check-in and sales, separate shifts that open and close at zero, a closing sheet split by cash, card and wallet transfers, and an owner dashboard for active members, renewals due and revenue by package. Staff attendance is captured by fingerprint into the same system.
